This is going up to the Berlin Ghost Town, lots of neat mining things to see. : : :We saw the remains of an Ichtyosaurs (dinosaur) in this building at the top of the mountain road. : : : :One of the many spectacular views we found in the desert. : : : :Guess where we are? : : : :Price check on gas, no problem. : : :This is near area 51, just checking for any UFO's. : : : :Had to stop here and check out the little green men. : : : :On the way home after we split from the group, we went the Laws Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum. : : : :This is Manzanar in California. It was a war relocation center used during WWII. There is a very nice museum and lots of reading to do there. : : : :Then somehow we found this hidden runway next to Hwy 395 (o-yes it was the photo of Manzanar taken from the sky). We were told it was abandoned but is sometimes used for racing. We put it to good use, before we headed home.
